Data Deletion Request

If you would like to delete your Busy Kids account and all associated data, you can do so by following these steps:

How to delete your data

1. Send an email to support@busykids.uk from the email address associated with your account.
2. Include the subject line: Data Deletion Request
3. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm deletion via email.

What data will be deleted

Upon processing your request, we will permanently delete:

• Your account profile and login credentials
• Any child profiles associated with your account
• Booking history and schedule data
• Saved addresses and preferences
• Any linked social login connections (Google, Facebook)

Facebook Login users

If you signed up using Facebook Login, you can also remove Busy Kids from your Facebook account by going to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites and removing Busy Kids from the list. This will revoke our access to your Facebook data, but to fully delete your Busy Kids account data, please also follow the email process above.
